Killer whales verge on Alaska village, appear stressed

  wharf, Alaska — Three killer whales cover made an uncommon trek up the Nushagak brook featuring in southwest Alaska.NOAA Fisheries-Alaska region spokesman Julie Speegle says residents receive seen killer whales by the entry of the waterway, but not at all this far upriver.Speegle says biologists dont know why the whales are during the wet exactly downriver from the village of Ekwok. She says it appears they are stressed from being now fresh fill with tears and are covered with a covering.The whales own been within the brook pro going on for three weeks.
