U.N. finds barely 37% of money pledged on behalf of recovery has been disbursed
Of the $4.6 billion dollars pledged taking part in 2010 and 2011, only $1.71 billion has been strewn. The statement says an extra $1.58 billion has been committed.The analysis does not include funds pledged designed for kind relief activities otherwise debt relief, nor does it include pledges made by privately-funded organizations.
